The power hours have been designed to capture and retain the attention of students throughout the lesson to foster a genuine sense of curiosity and vibrant engagement within the classroom, to enhance your PSHE curriculum

Whether you are learning about the UK tax system, how to set and respect boundaries, the importance of water and sleep when growing or even cognitive load theory in relation to revision efforts, our lessons prioritise the empowerment of students taking an active role in their learning, ensuring they feel the content is meaningful and definitely not patronising!

Facilitated PSHE Power Hours are designed to be centred around student experiences, rather than being single topic centric which you may see in more traditional delivery models.

Who are these sessions suitable for?

The content in all sessions is tailored specifically to the age range of those participating in the session. 

Therefore the sessions are suitable for all in KS3, KS4, & KS5.

How can these sessions contribute to the wider PSHE programme at my school?
All of the workshops have been designed to embellish your PSHE curriculum and address multiple topics that are detailed within the PSHE Association guidance, within a 60 minute session.

Parent PSHE Power Hours can be conducted in alignment with the current school curriculum or scheduled as needed, enabling parents and guardians to address relevant topics as they emerge.

  We provide interactive sessions that upskill and inform on topics such as relationships & sex education, financial education, drugs and alcohol, the changing digital landscape and social media, while also offering practical advice on how to initiate conversations at home in a way that feels organic and safe.
